Organic Caribbean Fruit Protein Smoothie

Protein shakes are just one quick and easy option for adding to an adequate amount of your raw foodie, daily plant-based protein requirements:

  • 56 grams per day for the average sedentary man.
  • 46 grams per day for the average sedentary woman.

Other plant-based protein options include many (sprouted) beans, grains and legumes, plus hemp, brown rice and pea protein sources, as excellent additions to your diet. 

You will need:

1 scoop Organic Raw Vegan Protein Powder (or 1/2 tbsp Baobab powder)
1 1/2 cups Organic Hemp or Almond milk
3 tbsp Coconut Milk
1/2 Mango, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup Frozen Papaya
1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
