Raw Pistachio Pate

Raw pistachio nuts are a great source of plant-based protein, Vitamin B1, B6, manganese and phosphorus.

What you'll need:
½ cup raw pistachio nuts
2 cups red sweet bell pepper, cut up
⅓ cup spring onions, chopped
1 medium peg garlic
1 cup parsley, roughly chopped
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ cup lime Juice
Sea Salt to taste
¼ cup pistachio nut butter
⅓ cup cold pressed olive oil
¼ to ½ inch medium jalapeno pepper

In a food processor fitted with the “s” blade attachment, pulse ingredients to the desired texture. Scoop into a glass container and serve. 
Eat as a dip, or as a filling for a lettuce wrap, in a nori roll, on raw crackers or in any other way you like. Store in a refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Options:
You can use different nuts or seeds, or seasonings to create a variety of different flavours and textures.
