This is a calming and healthy lavender smoothie, it’s full of antioxidants and it’s a healthy and delicious way for you to try to relieve stress. Lavender is an amazing herb that is great in the kitchen to give your dishes a distinguished flavour, as well as it being used for other health and relaxation purposes.

Is it safe to consume lavender?

Research suggests that lavender can actually help calm and reduce anxiety, in addition to helping with depression. Making this a great breakfast or afternoon treat, especially on a hot, muggy day, when you might be feeling blah!

Actually as well as using DoTerra lavender essential oil which I love, I also use fresh lavender flowers from my garden...

I'm in the Jamaican sun again, this time I'm staying in the city of Kingston. Loving my usual pastimes - family & friends, exploring ever more raw food, arts and culture.
